Final Touch Cigars proudly ships to customers throughout the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout and depend on the shipping method selected, destination, and product availability.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery timeframes shown during checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, Final Touch Cigars is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Certain states, counties, or municipalities may have restrictions on the shipment of tobacco products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that cigars and related products may legally be shipped to their address before placing an order.

Shipping rates for many items are calculated based on weight. Product weights listed on item pages are used to estimate shipping costs, and carrier policies may require weights to be rounded up to the nearest pound.


Adult Signature Requirement

Due to federal, state, and carrier regulations regarding tobacco products, shipments may require an adult signature from a person age 21 or older at the time of delivery.

If an eligible adult is not available to sign for the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the shipment. If a shipment is returned because the signature requirement could not be fulfilled, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges or carrier fees associated with the return and reshipment.

Final Touch Cigars is not responsible for packages returned due to the absence of an adult available to sign for delivery.


Age Verification

Final Touch Cigars sells cigars and tobacco-related products exclusively to individuals 21 years of age or older.

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age

  • You are legally permitted to purchase tobacco products in your state or jurisdiction

  • The products are being purchased for personal use and not on behalf of a minor

Final Touch Cigars reserves the right to verify a customer’s age prior to processing or shipping an order. Age verification may be performed using publicly available records or third-party verification services.

If age verification cannot be completed or the information provided cannot be confirmed, Final Touch Cigars may delay, cancel, or refuse the order.


Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of the products we offer and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will review the request and provide instructions for resolution.

Due to the nature of cigars and tobacco products, certain items may not be eligible for return once they have been opened, used, or exposed to environmental conditions. All return and refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Final Touch Cigars.

Approved returns must generally be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refund processing times may vary depending on return transit time, internal processing, and the policies of your financial institution.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will provide instructions for returning the item and may cover the cost of return shipping.

If a return is requested for reasons not related to an error by Final Touch Cigars, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. Final Touch Cigars is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim if a shipment is lost or delayed in transit. We will assist when possible, but carrier claims must typically be handled by the recipient.


Order Refusal & Cancellation

Final Touch Cigars reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • inability to verify age

  • suspected fraudulent transactions

  • shipping restrictions related to tobacco laws

  • product availability errors

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
